Here we support the artist to find the buyers, from professional print quality through to sale and delivery, using our Print On Demand Service with all artwork listed on "The Gallery".


The Product

We use genuine archival quality inks on all fine art and Giclée prints. All products go through rigorous quality control checks and are produced using genuine premium, archival media.

Everything from our screens and media to our fine art machines are fully calibrated for consistent and optimum results every single time.

Our prints will literally last a life time, far longer than the person buying the product.

Here's the basics of how it works:

Any artwork you submit to us will be held on file and listed within your own category on our Website, social media and any advertising. 

You must supply each file with a title, full description and selling price. This information will be uploaded with images of your artwork to create the product page.

To ensure products on our Website are uploaded correctly and comply with our terms of use, we do not currently offer the seller a way to list the product themselves.

The product will be created and listed for you, based on the information you provide.


When a customer buys your artwork, we will start production, keep the customer up to date on the status, then ship directly to them - normally within 24 hours of receiving the order.

You will be notified of the sale and cleared funds sent to you minus production, commission and delivery costs.

There is no charge for listing your artwork, only commission for any sales.


We have strict rules on what we sell on our Website.

The printing must be produced by us to ensure we can guarantee the quality of the product, media and inks used to the customer. 

A commission will be deducted from the sale price, to cover our own costs incurred including postage and packing. This includes all payment processing fees.

Postage and packing fees is the cost of postage plus cost of packaging (i.e the box, label, bubble wrap and tape) All charged at cost, so no profit is made from this.

We will include any printed materials with your order, such as any business cards, flyers or authenticity certificates. (must be supplied by artist/photographer)

The return label will include our return address details as the order was placed directly with us. So your details and address are not disclosed - only the artist name is offered.


We must hold a print ready copy of your artwork on file, ready for production.

The original artwork must be your own, so no copyright infringement is possible.

You will be notified of all sales and funds released to you at the end of each week by bank transfer or PayPal.


Artwork and Files

Your artwork MUST be high resolution, we do NOT accept low resolution files. Your files can be sent to us via email or any file sharing site, ie GoogleDrive, OneDrive, etc

Accepted file formats include: JPEG, TIFF, PDF

We can also offer to scan and colour correct your original artwork to ensure a high quality and matching result - charged separately per scan. 


We will hold your artwork on file, ready to print. When an order comes in, we will go straight into production and dispatch the order direct to the customer.

Dispatch is normally within 24 hours, usually same day, subject to availability and busy peak periods.


Rates and Fees

You will receive a weekly/monthly audit of sales. So you will always have a clear understanding of what has sold and when.

Payment will be made to you at the end of each week. 


A commission of 20% will be deducted from the sale price, plus the cost of production. You will receive the remaining balance of the sale.

Commission rates may reduce if a target amount of sales over the month has been achieved. 20% is the maximum amount of commission that will be charged.

Commission rates cover all admin and payment processing fees, so there's no hidden fees to pay.


Cost price of production is clearly documented within our Website though you will receive a wholesale discount on production costs if minimum sales targets are achieved. (Not visible to any other Website user)

Cost of production is the cost of producing the requested print or canvas.
